Refunds and Returns Policy

Certain purchased items may be returned 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, not altered in any way. Gift cards, cut products, and reduced sale items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. Unless otherwise indicated, all wood sales are final. No cash or other currency will be issued for any items accepted for return. Credit for the amount will be applied to the client’s account towards future purchases, with no expiry time. Any unaltered wood items may be exchanged for other wood items of the same value
